Terms and Conditions for florist purchasing wholesale flowers from The Flower Hub at Pauntley:
Acceptance of Terms:
By purchasing wholesale flowers from The Flower Hub at Pauntley you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Eligibility:
Only florists showing a valid business documentation, by way of website or other that proves their status as a floral retailer are eligible to purchase wholesale flowers from The Flower Hub at Pauntley.
Registration:
Prior to making purchases, florists must register with The Flower Hub at Pauntley and provide all necessary information.
Order placement:
Orders must be placed within the designated ordering hours of The Flower Hub at Pauntley. This is from midnight on Sunday of each week until Tuesday 5pm.
Payment:
Payment for wholesale flowers is due at the time of purchase. The Flower Hub at Pauntley accepts credit and debit cards on the website. An order will not be fulfilled if it has not been paid for. There are no credit terms.
Other Costs involved:
Some of the flower farmers are VAT registered. Therefore, VAT is added onto their flowers at the checkout stage.
Also, there is an admin fee of £10 per order. However, we are going to open a Hub Club, where for £100 per year, florists can pay a one-off fee, and then their admin fee will be waived. Please get in touch if you would like to join the Hub Club.
Quality Assurance:
While The Flower Hub at Pauntley strives to provide high-quality flowers, we cannot guarantee the freshness or condition of flowers once they leave the premises. Florists are encouraged to inspect their purchases upon receipt.
Collection:
Flowers will be available for collection between 10am and 11am on Thursday morning. Please get in touch if you require a different timing. They will be waiting for you in the flower barn at Pauntley Court Farm, Pauntley Drive, Redmarley Gloucestershire, GL19 3JA. Come down Pauntley Court Drive to the church, turn right into the farmyard and drive through the farm buildings, the flower barn is on your left in the stable block. Cancellation:
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after 5pm on Tuesday.
Buckets
Please bring the correct number of clean buckets with you, to take your flowers away in.
Liability:
The Flower Hub at Pauntley shall not be liable for any damages, loss or injury arising from the purchase, use or transportation of wholesale flowers by florists. Florists are responsible for ensuring the safe handling and transportation of their purchases.

Modification of Terms:
The Flower Hub at Pauntley reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Registered florists will be notified of any changes via email.
Termination of registration:
The Flower Hub at Pauntley reserves the right to terminate the registration of any florist found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent or unethical behaviour.
